            Coaching Data Ownership & AI Privacy Guarantee: You and your facility retain 100% ownership of your strength training programs, athlete rosters, 1RM testing numbers, and training actuals. All AI capabilities—including workout card OCR, roster analysis, and in-app clerical actions—are powered by Google's commercial, paid Gemini API. Under paid commercial API terms, your athlete data, uploaded images, and coaching notes are strictly never used to train or refine AI models.
        

1. Overview

MesoMicro is operated by Superluminary, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Verona, Wisconsin. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when coaches, sports performance staff, and athletes access our marketing website (mesomicro.com) and our coaching platform services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to provide paper-first strength programming, in-app analysis, and OCR verification services:

Coach & Account Information: Name, professional email address, gym or team affiliation, and pilot enrollment preferences.
Athlete Roster & Profile Data: Athlete names, position groups, historical 1RM/e1RM test metrics, and coach-entered training prescriptions.
Workout Card Photographs & Handwritten Actuals: Images of completed paper workout cards uploaded by coaches or athletes for optical character recognition (OCR) transcription and verification.
Technical Telemetry: Log data, IP addresses, rate-limiting counters, and session metadata required to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to deliver and maintain platform features:

Generating individualized WeasyPrint PDF printable workout cards.
Executing optical character recognition (OCR) to transcribe handwritten actuals from uploaded workout cards into digital performance logs.
Powering intelligent in-app analysis and clerical actions, such as cross-team Roster Magic Box audits (evaluating compound lift volume distribution, overlapping injury risks across position groups, and movement pattern gaps).
Structuring rough coaching notes, PDFs, CSV spreadsheets, and athlete intake interviews into clean program matrices with explicit coach confirmation gates.
Routing coaching operations through isolated pilot subdomains (yourgym.mesomicro.com) and athlete floor logging portals (log-yourgym.mesomicro.com).
Enforcing cryptographic capability tokens and shared gym access codes to safeguard public floor interactions.
Responding to walkthrough inquiries and pilot onboarding requests.

4. Artificial Intelligence, In-App Analysis & Paid Gemini API

MesoMicro utilizes artificial intelligence powered by the commercial, paid Google Gemini API to assist coaches with clerical automation, document structuring, and roster-level analytics:

Handwritten OCR Transcription: Extracting logged weights, reps, RPE scores, and session notes from photographed clipboard cards, whiteboard photos, and notebook snapshots.
Cross-Roster & Program Analysis: Auditing position group volume, identifying overlapping injury risks, and checking movement balance across training blocks via the Roster Magic Box.
In-App Clerical Actions: Translating freeform text notes, spreadsheets, and athlete intake interviews into structured program rows and columns with visual diffs and manual accept/revert gates.

Zero AI Model Training: Because MesoMicro operates on the commercial, paid Gemini API tier, Google does not use our customers' prompts, uploaded card photos, roster data, or analytical outputs to train or improve its foundational machine learning models. Your coaching intellectual property, proprietary training formulas, and athlete performance data remain strictly confidential and solely yours.

5. Athlete Privacy & Floor Isolation

Public athlete QR codes grant capability-scoped access strictly to that specific program's mobile logging stepper, card upload interface, and PDF download. Private coaching scratchpads, injury notes, cross-roster volume audits, and administrative dashboards remain strictly inaccessible to athletes and the public.

6. Data Portability & Retention

You may export your coaching matrices, athlete testing profiles, and program archives at any time via direct JSON backup or high-resolution PDF archives. If you choose to terminate your pilot or subscription, your data can be completely purged from our servers upon written request.

7. Security Practices

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, isolated subdomains for team deployments, cryptographic token authorization, and strict rate-limiting on public athlete endpoints.
